First time users

• Member Number = Enter your 7-digit Member Number (see membership card or mailing label)
Password = Enter the first three letters of your last name (capitalize the first letter) plus your Member Number (see Sample) OR
• E-mail Address = Enter your e-mail address. (If the e-mail address entered does not match the e-mail address we have on file for you, please enter your member number in the space provided.)
Password = Enter the first three letters of your last name (capitalize the first letter) plus your Member Number (see Sample)
• Sample:
Jane Smith (Member Number 0123456) gained access to the member community the first time using the following:
Member Number = 0123456
Password = Smi0123456

Upon entrance to the community you will reach the PROFILE page. If you like, you may change your password or other profile information. Be sure to include your current e-mail address so that a confirmation may be sent to you reflecting your new password or other profile changes.
